I have started a thread on social in response to Gracie's death- how do we stay in touch with people who have left and we have concerns about. I was wondering if you had any ideas?

That's a hard one... Ask them for their email address or other contact information before they leave?

Is Babblemail running? I tried and couldn't get the form to come up.
Also, the problem about getting email before someone leaves is that we usually don't know when they're leaving--especially in the more serious situations. And, I had Gracie's email and all that happened was that it bounced back.

No, sorry, I haven't finished setting it up yet.

That's why I also included "other contact information". In that case, babblemail would bounce, too...
