I need help on where to post about SI. I don't want to trigger anyone, but I am really needing help right now. I used to post on psycho babble, but have had some real hard times lately...ya know run from the ones that help you the most. Or I can be emailed at Rose_Madder9@hotmail.com (hope that was ok Dr. Bob...I really need support right now!!

I think it's fine if you post about SI where you have been dear. I just think it's appreciated if you post a trigger notice in the subject heading. Just like you did! Don't ever feel like you can't get support here (or through email, btw). It's just that when people are easily triggered, just opening a post about SI without knowing beforehand can make a difference. Post it, Scream it! You did a wonderful job giving a heads up here. Please continue posting... You're doing wonderful!

Hi and welcome back. It's been a while since I saw your name. Of course, I'm sorry you're feeling so bad. But I would love to catch up with you.
Hmmmm, there have been discussions of SI on Psycho-Babble Psychology from the point of view of psychology. But if you are looking for support, Psycho-Social Babble has also seen its discussions of SI. I think that if you put a trigger warning in your post, it will be just fine. And people will appreciate that you're trying to be sensitive to those who can be triggered by posts.
But also, are you familiar with the old Llama Secret Shame site? It has a number of very nonjudgemental ideas for alternatives, etc.
