Later link? What later link? Thank you for trying. Might not work because they don't have the book, might be the ampersand, or the very long title? Dunno.
Amazon doesn't have the book new, or used. I did some sort of "pay us now, and if we can find it we will let you have it" kind of order. The book looks interesting. Emmy
