Can I delete a post please??

Posted by kara lynne on October 9, 2003, at 18:08:44

I didn't realize I had put my email address so that it could be clicked on, or that there were less obvious ways of writing it. Can I get that post deleted (over at social)? I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

Unfortunately I don't know how to make that direct link--it's under the "Gabbi you made me post on Social" thread that shar wrote--the (now at least) 2nd to the last post titled
"Oh Jimi : ( "

Thank you so much!

I xxxx'd it out. Anyone who hasn't seen it yet will see the xxxxx's. If you've already opened the post you'll need to refresh or the original will show.

Maybe Dr. Bob will delete the whole post for you. I'm really reluctant to delete posts as that is mostly outside my deputy authority.

(I've done the mistaken revelation too, and Dr. Bob has been kind enough to fix it.)

Thank you so much, Dinah. That's all I wanted--I don't care if the entire post is deleted.

I know you're having a rough time but I hope you don't go anywhere for too long--I need you here!

Thanks again.

I'm lousy at self imposed blocks. Sigh.

Thank goodness. Please don't go anywhere unless you really, really need to for your own mental health. :) Don't underestimate your influence here.

Hannah (I keep almost signing my real name. <Sigh> If I wasn't afraid of my therapist reading this stuff, I'd gladly share my real name.)

Well I'm happy for that!

I hate to appeal to you again but my blundering knows no bounds. I entitled a post "Requiem For A Yabba" which is really quite morbid--before I realized the meaning of it.

Can we xxx out the title of the post, or at least the word Requiem?

And then I'll go ban thyself.

I know I'm allowed to fix email addresses or personal information accidentally given out. But I don't have deputorial authority beyond that.

I suggest a profuse apology, which will hopefully be graciously accepted.

Thanks anyway.

Oh well. I've done the apology, now I can only hope there's a requiem for the thread.

Ugh.

Thanks again.
