Bob~Please redirect if necessary, I wasn't sure where to post this. Thanks.
I just wanted to let you ALL know that you're in my thoughts and prayers. I am VERY devoted to this forum and to many people I have come to know and share things with. I've read all of the replies to my pleas, questions, concerns, frustrations~everything and I thank you so very much.
I am extremely stressed out, migraines coming back, and battling my own mind very harshly. I need to step back for a while and get some much needed rest, and sort out a few things in my life. I just wanted to let the beautiful human beings here :-) know that I'm not ignoring posts and/or replies because I don't want to help, or share experience~I just need to take a break for a while from posting.
Believe me, I know I am NOT the center of Bob's forums~Not even by a long shot, I just wanted to post this so people would know that even though I won't be posting for a while, I'm still devoted, as I always have been, and I always will be to Bob's forums the best I personally can.
I need to rest a while and get rid of some of this SELF-IMPOSED stress that I, alone am putting on my heart and emotions, physically and psychologically.
I hope this makes sense.
Take care,
you're all in my thought and prayers:-)

I'm sorry you're going through such a bad time.
I've always admired your superhuman ability to keep on posting here despite life not treating you as such an amicable and compassionate lady should be treated. My own ability in that area is definitely sub-human: I just haven't seemed able to post since Depakote threw me into a severely lethargic episode.
For when you do begin to feel up to posting here again but you still find the vast amount that you'd ideally like to say too daunting, I've found that it helps to limit myself strictly to threads where I can say something which no-one else would be likely to say if I didn't contribute.
I know many people will miss you and are wishing you well.
Jonathan.

Gal,
Thanks for letting us all know.
Hoping you recover soon.Re Migraines.. I don't know what you have tried..and I never managed to figure them out completely,..I think in my case a combo of cyclical plunging of estrogen levels to below an absolute threshold..the same idea as reactive hypoglycemia, to below an absolute level..but then you have to add in stress on top of it....always a trigger (or the relaxing after stress)
Have you tried taking a calcium/magnesium tablet at night AND a little magnesium at brekkie and lunch. Also may I suggest you go and buy some Epsom salts and have a nice long relaxing bath (submerge you head and all) in a few spoons of it. Magnesium should help a little..it's good for stress and relaxing the muscles both of which contribue to migraine...and it can't hurt you!
Too much will give one loose motions...I've noted that bowel motions are part of coming out of a migraine for me..so maybe something ties up there?
Well not sure if you are reading this, but best wishes
Jan
