Polls?

I'm not sure if it's been discussed before, but it could be interesting if there were a poll feature, allowing users to suggest a poll question and set of responses. Perhaps there could be a poll submission page which submits to Dr Bob for his approval, and then appears as a listing in a psycho-babble-poll page. The polls could require a registration to vote, and only allow one vote per user. Might generate some useful information.
