I'm new to Psycho-Babble (though not to babbling in general). When I registered, I set certain preferences -- in particular, it just drives me nuts (as it were) when new instances of the browser pop up when you click on something. So I set myself up for frames.
The problem seems to be that there is no way to tell P-B who I am unless I post a message. There's nowhere to "log in" or anything like that.
I suppose this stuff is kept in a cookie, but someone other than me had been using this machine, so I used the "clear cookies" function. And what if multiple people are routinely using the machine, each with different preferences? How can I tell P-B that a different person is now wasting time on the Internet?
This is serious. I'm in danger of having an acute psychotic episode unless I can get the frames version working.
