Hobbit name... its a web site that you type your name into and it gives you the name of a hobbit (from Lord of the Rings)
To get a new name, you need to re-register.. just start all over again.. YOu know, where you first chose Angel Girl

Sorry, sweet Angel. Hobbits come from Tolkien's Lord of the Rings book & then the movie that's out now. They're smaller type people with hairy feet from Old Middle-earth.
You type in your real name & it spits out the hobbit equivalent for you.
http://www.chriswetherell.com/hobbit/default.aspWhen I first read the book in the late '60s, I wanted to be the tall, graceful elves but always thought hobbits suited my personality more - closer to the earth. (And I had tiny tufts of hair on the top of my big toe - strange thing for a girl.)
This is the end of the thread.
