Is it all right to post published poems, excerpts from articles and books, etc. here written by others, if you credit the author? I remember there was some discussion of this a while ago (re copyright) but can't remember the outcome.

Mist, I'm so sorry I don't have time to read these & let you know at this time, but here's some info on poetry & copyright laws:
http://www.loc.gov/copyright/fls/fl106.pdf and
http://www.loc.gov/copyright/circs/circ21.pdf
The last site is BIG but if you look through the table of contents, you'll probably find what you need. All I know for a certainty is the excerpts from copyrighted matter is okay for reviewing or informing. Other than that, I know nothing (I'm from Barcelona like Manuel).
