Dr. Bob:
Every now and then it appears that you've deleted a post. Is this actually what's happening, or have I misinterpreted it? If it is, how do you decide when a post needs to be deleted?
I was so looking forward to reading OCDdiddy's post that he directed at me. Flattered by the attention, you know. :-]

It actually is happening. But there may also be times when you're misinterpreting. :-)
The main reason I delete posts is when they seem to me particularly disruptive. Or if I've already asked for a thread to be redirected...

A lot of people around here are continuity-impaired. Like, for example, me.Wondering if there could be some kind of easy cut and paste for you--and if it would be helpful--that tell us, post(s) deleted. With the explanation you gave, above, first made known to the whole board, of course.
Just a thought,
