Bob,
Please thank Dr Kramer for his generosity with his time this week. Even though I didn't ask any questions myself I really appreciated reading his answers to the other questions. I'm sure I'm not the only person who was lurking and learning. I was impressed by and grateful for the amount of time he must have spent answering all those questions so quickly.Jane

I agree with jane. I wanted to ask a question, but didn't want to burden him with anymore than what he had...
After being bombarded and insulted, he remained professional and continued to answer posts...I too am impressed with his professionalism and prompt replies to all of the questions.
I also think he did what any person in the field would do-not give a 'direct' answer, many people (perhaps too many) would take them literally.
Anyway, please forward my thanks as well, I appreciate his effort too.
