Dear Bob,I already acknowledged that the discussion should happen on PSB. The reason to post here is that the people who frequent this board sometimes do not look at PSB. Ans I think K.R. Jamison deserves as much mention on the meds board as other doctors.

It was fine to post it, I didn't mean to come across as critical. There had already been a few follow-ups at PB, however, so I just wanted to ask again that further discussion be at PSB (and to supply a link).
