stress hormone, how does differ noepinephrine?
i read it makes you gain weight under stress, want to eat alot during stress

Too much is not good, but I think too little is also a problem.

yeah i see all these ads saying too much causes weight gain
cortisol and norepinephrine i think are released during stress, epinephrine too

Yeah, but too little makes you unable to deal with stress. So less is not always better.

Also cortisol helps you get up out of bed in the morning. That doesnt seem to work well for me. So fight or flight isnt automatically something negative. It is just negative if it is excessive.
