Hey guys,

is this test from self-hacked worthwhile? Do I understand it correctly that they are doing a blood test? How is the blood drawn?

Any experiences/opinions?

I've read a few of their articles. Some of it is a bit of pseudoscience and conjecture IMO. There aren't too many blood tests which can reliably identify the cause of a mental disturbance. Exceptions perhaps being vitamin D, B12 and/or thyroid status.
