I take 5mg of abilify at 10pm but seem to have worsening of insomnia.....does anyone take it in the morning?

I dont think theres a golden rule. Try it in the morning. Wise to wait 36hrs to change dose not 12hrs. Thats what I'd do. Aren't you taking trazadone too? I'm surprised abilify cuts thru that.

hi. my shrink says to take my 20mgs dose in the morning. Seriously, one bottle even had on it : "Before 10 AM," so I guess late night dosing could potentially be a problem for some people.
I would think/assume low(er) doses would be even more problematic than my higher dose, since low doses of Abilify can cause more agitation, anxiety, etc.
