Please do not suggest Nardil, this med has driven me to do the stupidest things.
It is pro-psychotic like crazy to me.

Not many options here....nardil, Depakote (mild) and rosmarinic acid (rosemary, lemon balm).

Where are you going to get the nardil metabolite?
I purchase a small rosemary plant for $10. It grows year round, and I can pick off and chew the needles. It is one of the more effective alternatives I use. It seems to work well with picamilon.

Yes. Rosemary is definitely an anxiolytic.

Give it a try. It's pretty quick. If this doesn't work try buying a plant. Its cheap.

Hi,
I have a fresh (growing) plant. It cost me around $10 and it grows back faster than I use it.
Basically, I pick off the needles and chew 3-5 of them. The taste is fairly strong.
Its supposedly good for memory too, since rosemary inhibits cholinesterase.
