My diagnosis is bipolar I. I take abilify 30, trileptal 1200, Prozac 20, and up to 300 Neurontin.
I get agitated sometimes. I was thinking about asking my doc about switching out Prozac for symbyax (Prozac plus zyprexa, in various dosages...its in generic now).
What do you guys think?

I think it would be much easier to get generic olanzapine on its own. This way, you can adjust the dose easily while keeping the Prozac the same, and you can also take olanzapine PRN if you need it. Symbyax sounds comparatively awkward, in spite of taking slightly fewer tablets.

yeah, maybe not. I think I may just ask to replace the low dose, as-needed Neurontin with a low-ish dose of lamictal.

Lamictal can't be taken as needed though, like gabapentin. Lamictal might help, it's just so different to gabapentin.
