We (docs) suspect that after a few years, the excessive swelling in my feet and ankles is due to Trileptal. I love Trileptal.
If I have to transition to another drug that doesn't cause weight gain, what would that be? I can't take a Lithium and I had weird mouth cancker sores from Lamictal.
Would low dose Depakote do the same thing (swelling) in me?
I'm kind of afraid to double my dose of Geodon, as it already makes my eyes twitch.

Depakote may or may not cause the same swelling in your limbs. Besides, Depakote can cause major weight gain.
I have two suggestions: Keppra @ 3000 mgs daily. Small studies have demonstrated its efficacy as a mood stabilizer. Low side effect profile, too.
Lyrica can be an effective mood stabilizer. 600 mg a day.
