Cee,
Liquid Nardil is something that a member of the Anxiety Community made for himself and initially encouraged other Anxiety Community members to make following the 2003 Nardil formulation change. It was essentially a phenelzine elixir that was made using invert sugar. In addition to the person who made and initially promoted liquid Nardil, one other person who did not respond well to "new" Nardil was reported to have experienced good results with liquid Nardil. This second individual had the liquid Nardil made by a compounding pharmacist. As far as I know, there are at least two individuals who took liquid Nardil without responding well to it, one of whom discontinued the version of phenelzine after just a few days after experiencing a bad reaction. So, although some individuals experienced some success with this liquid version of Nardil, it seems that not everybody who was affected by the formulation change responded well to it.

> CeeThere is no liquid version of phenelzine (Nardil) on the market. It might be possible for a liquid version to be manufactured from crushed tablets by a compounding pharmacy but I have no idea RE the stability of the product. I would not recommend it unless a patient has severe swallowing difficulties.
