Seems that B6 is useful in forming neurotransmitters and helping with serotonin & some tricyclics. But it seems you need more with MAOI's. Also water soluble but over l00mg can cause nerve damage. For all those on meds. And others without meds intersting. Phillipa

Just I wouldn't go more than 25 mg of B6 for Nardil users since it can make Nardil not work. I'm still looking for the journal that reports that, but users like SLS have talked about it I think. And Tometheus.
If either of them see it, I would really appreciate the link to the journal where it says high B6 renders Nardil inactive.
I think this is it, but I'm seriously having trouble understanding it being that I don't currently hold a PhD.
