past two days have been hell...and i know there's not much sense of posting it when it can't be taken care of over the internet...but really ill be trying to go to sleep and my mind goes into these thought patterns of thinking its going to sleep and it doesnt work and wake back up and totally angry and not in good shape. Tried all natural stuff...its not working. When I go to sleep i try to not have any thoughts at all...but that technique didnt work much either because I stay in awake mode.
any clues?

Your mind is on when it should be off. I've had the same problems with sleeping. My go to is always Seroquel, up to 200 mg.

What meds have you tried for it? It's my experience that when you get yourself into a mind f*** (excuse the expression) like that, you need to take something stronger than natural remedies. Xanax works the best for me. Remeron and seroquel also work, but give me nasty hangovers. Ambien and Lunesta used to work for me, but don't anymore.

I have a sleep cocktail that works a charm:
100 mg Seroquel
16 mg Rozerem
3 mg LunestaEric
