That's my defining symptom, and while the benzos help, I'm afraid of their addiction potential. Nardil has treated it effectively in the past but I'm terrified of weight gain. Is Parnate a viable option? I'm not sure if the derealization and brain fog stems from anxiety or depression.

Parnate is stimuating...nardil is better for anxiety. They both could be effective, but my put would be for nardil because it has anxiety relieving properties. Parnate is amphetaminelike but in vary low terms.
