I gave fluvoxamine a 2nd trial out of fairness.
It was not good.
- racing mind
- irritability / anger
- worse depression?
- heart palpitionsAbout the only thing it did was 'distract' me from the monotony of depression. I would not consider it to be a favorable state of mind.

Soft bipolar?Perhaps you should add low-dosage lithium to remain in the background as you try other things - if for no other reason than to help protect against developing Alzheimers Dementia later on.

Sorry Linkadge. Those are horrible things to happen when taking a drug supposed to make things feel better. I've had that happen to me so many times. I can relate. I usually reduce the dose by customizing if necessary to a point where the med/herb isn't giving me much problem. Then give it some time, try to increase. Well, if the med is wrong for me, it's going to feel bad even at a microdose. Then I just walk away from it and usually already have a next move in mind. But anyway, yeah, it sux and I'm sorry.

I don't have the prescription pad!
I can suggest, but if the doctor doesn't agree with you, you're out of luck.

he suggested it.
I've taken everything, with everything else, at least twice. I don't know why I fool myself into thinking anything can be done.
My life is just painful every second. I just hate my life. Every second of it. Theres no relief. It just goes on and on.

Conciousness does not *have* to be painful (IMO) but my experience has been that it mostly is.

What about Nardil? I don't recall ever reading about you trialling it.
