I'm prescribed 150 mg bupropion a day. I've noticed that when I open my mouth only gibberish comes out, like really really difficult to articulate my thoughts into words. I seem to have hit another dead-end with a medication. Would this go away over long-time, or should I not expect something that positive to happen in this regard. I'm not planning to give up communicating with people. Writing is ,though, ok, I have more time think.

> -IkarosThat's interesting. I noticed the same thing on clomipramine, as well as over the past couple of days while using caffeine pills.
Do you think it's related to NE?

Well we don't know what is going on with the interaction between your personal biochemistry and the drug, except that whatever it is is rather bizarre and profound. That said, if it were me I would indeed agree with what you said...another dead end....and move on. I do not believe....no one could predict....those side effects (or direct effects they might be) will go away in time.
I think the most important thing any of us can do in our own treatments is to pay very strong attention to the subtle, and sometimes not so subtle, clues that our meds/herbs are telling us.

Ive found this to be more a symptom of depression than anything from wellbutrin. But it might be different for you.

Word finding problems is not a side-effect that I have heard people complain about when taking Wellbutrin. That doesn't mean that it is not happening to you, though. I would continue to raise the dosage to 300 mg, the amount that is most often needed to bring about a therapeutic response. I think the word finding problem will dissipate with continued treatment.
