My doc wants me to try 600mg of Lithium, which is making me feel very weighed down, so I get up in the morning and take Adderall.
Honestly, and I hate to admit it, I think I am addicted to Adderall. And, in turn, the Adderall is causing some depression and irritablity, yet I love the high I get from it.
I'm not convinced, nor comfortable with taking Lithium (maybe a low dose). But I would rather try something else for my ADD - like Wellbutrin and stay on a low dose of Lithium and Klonopin.
I'm not sleeping deeply which sucks.
Wouldn't Wellbutrin be better for mild ADD than a stimulant? And maybe cause less mood issues.
This is the end of the thread.
