If trazodone is used to augment an SSRI, say Zoloft 50mg, and for insomnia, what would be an appropiate dosage? 50-100mg? I guess you can't go as high when using concomitant SRI?

Yeah probably, not sure I'm going to take it, maybe too sedating. Need something to sleep on though.

Hi,
Trazodone for insomnia: 50-100 mg.
The dose might be increased further.I've been on trazodone myself.
I only slept for three hours on 50 mg.I took 100 mg on the second night.
This dosage knocked me out.I've only been on trazodone for two nights.
So I haven't really given this drug a fair chance.Best regards,
X-ray
