So many misconceptions and questions on Maoi's hopefully this will help. Emsam is also mentioned. Silly me didn't consider it an maoi just not as strong. Hope this helps. Phillipa

I agree that is just basic info,i think there i sufficient info in archived message boards including this one to find info.
i.e google the maoi name,then space and SOCIAL ANXIETY NETWORK,the archive boards there have many many old discussions that we here have.
The link in this thread was less then informative.Also you were given emsam werent you phillipa,and talked about it extensivly,how could you possably not know emsam was a maoi.Why can i ask are you constantly posting on maois when you havent been on one,dont plan on going on one,and have no specific knowledge on them,i just dont get it.

Guys it's fine. I get the newsletters and post them to hopefully help someone out. Wierd didn't consider Emsam an maoi but just didn't. When first out the idea of a patch you could see cut to sizes depending on what your needs were seemed very safe to me. See in all matters of life I have to see it to believe it. I guess comes from the nursing. Example so empowering to regulate a dopamine drip and watch a patient's Blood pressure rise and keep them alive. I fear death. Love Phillipa
