You know, for the reason i just noticed after drinking coffee, or a Red Bull, it boosts some aspect's of thinking into logical order. I don't know why it doesnt do this on the regular, like everyone else but it helps to drink coffee to at least hear some "transmission" going through. It's gotten worse ove the years.
Why is it so low, first thing depression set's in, before depression it's thinking and focus that are off, then depression, as the nuerotransmitter levels go down. I can't experience life, I take Nuviguel (Provigel), it's more for energy, it work's as similar to Caffine (Coffee) yet it doesnt give the "focus" Caffine gives, which is proably 3 times lower than that of amphetamine. Another medication?
Any Feedback about something for this? to help?rj

Order some Adrafinil to replace Provigil. It is more subtle in the short term, but much more of a cognitive enhancer and antidepressant after a few weeks.
Might also want to shore up your dopamine/norepinephrine circuits, if that is what you suspect, with very low custom doses of DLPA and/or tyrosine (100mg-200mg range, split into 3 doses per day). You probably won't feel much from them in the short term, but allow them to build up over a month. Avoid too much. That equals irritation, agitation, nervousness, dysphoria. Take them on an empty stomach.

It's not helping, during the day i've lost function, and the doctor i saw before that didnt understand what happened, and now the medications are off. Can't function. I can't enjoy life.
Blueberry thanks..DLPA i've taken before, it's just getting a job very soon and being put on the correct medication. And that has been keeping me worried, head in a pillow. The past, things have changed with growth, and my mother manipulated treatment. But i can't mention that here.
thanks,
rj
