Has anyone combined seroquel and methylphenidate? I am going to be seeing a new psychiatrist and am wondering about revisiting the bipolar + ADHD route.
I think I probably am bipolar, but I have a hard time admitting it because I go through periods where I am completely normal and the idea of bipolar sounds absurd. For me, the hardest part in life is staying grounded. I am always flying off to distance ideas, worlds, fears, etc.
I hate not knowing what I will feel like from one day to the next.
Lithium is ok, but it doesn't keep me grounded enough.

Think it's hereditary? Good for you Link. Things are hard to possibly accept. Love Phillipa

If you think you're bipolar, then I would be concerned about adding methylphenidate. A stimulant like that could easily trigger manic episodes that can be as problematic as depression.
