Hi,
So i'm reading about the unique effects of tianeptine and i'm interested in adding it to my cocktail. But i'm already on a TCA, clomipramine, which acts as a serotonin and norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor. Tianeptine is a Serotonin reuptake ENHANCER.
If I take the two in combination, am I basically just negating the effects of both? Does anyone have any experinece combining tianeptine with SSRIs or TCAs that they'd care to share?
Thanks
Uncouth

interesting. maybe you'll get some extra selectivity in the reuptake inhibition.
Let us know how it goes!

theres a study showing rats given both tianeptine and an sri didn't get the anxiolytic effect that either one on its own gave. i've sure i've posted it before.
