I am going to be starting back on generic sertraline 50mg in addition to methylphenidate.
I was previously on citalopram + methylphenidate which worked fairly well, but I remember having fewer side effects with the former combination.
Wish me luck

> LinkadgeGood for you Link!! That is great. Sertraline seems to have some very (very..heh) mild dopamine re-uptake agonist properties. And if methylphenidate works well with it, that should make it all the more good to go. Just be aware of any possible manic symptoms. You may not be bipolar, but even on mood stabilizers, sertraline drove me *right around the bend*! Best wishes...

Also I was reading an excerpt from a doc who feels ssris need a ne reuptake drug to make them more effective. If ritalin doesn't work you could try wellbutrin or nortriptyline as an augment.
