I'm trying just 25mg od Trazodone at night and the first day I actually felt pretty good but woke up this morning and have felt dizzy most of the day. Is this a side effect?

Brain fog and dizziness will probably happen until you get used to it, but with a dose that small , it should definitely go away within a week or so..
