I was taking 10 mg of dex three times per day, and drinking a double shot of espresso at work. It made me a work horse.
I just started Nardil, and my doc obviously cut my dexedrine in half to 5 mg three times per day.
Is it still ok to drink my double shot?

If you drink it regularly, you body is pretty used to it. I drink a few mugs of tea a day with my tranylcypromine. If you quit, good luck staying awake come afternoon.

Yes, dex is not enough. It helps my mind, but not my body. The caffiene helps my body stay awake.
But, dex + coffee on Nardil is a different story. Thats why I'm asking...

I'm on 60 mg Nardil, 200 mg Provigil, and I drink about 3 diet cokes a day. I initially went off all caffeine when I started Nardil, but I found that adding it back in at my pre-Nardil level wasn't over-stimulating. I'd be worried about the interaction with the Dexedrine, though. Officially, I think that's contraindicated with MAOI's, so I'd be cautious.
