I took this yesterday due to allergies and had a very pleasant night sleeping. I woke up a few times but slept pretty well and had very little if any anxiety today. Has anybody had this experience? I know it is related to ssri's but ssri's cause terrible anxiety in me. I did not get this from the Chlorph. Is this related to any other drugs out there? I don't want to self medicate with the chloro. thanks

Yes, I find it does have anti-anxiety and antidepressant effects.
