Jeroen well one good thing about the med for you. I guess just tell the doc and eat three meals a day. I guess it's good you're not putting on weight. Love Phillipa

Speaking of your feelings, you have posted "Day 10" of the medication, which I agree is important to note how long you've been on a medication roughly -- but its just my personal opinion that it could also be creating clozapine as the only focus.
Have you ever thought of putting these "days" in a journal, more about your feelings, your emotional feelings, how you feel about life, your hopes, and perhaps then there might be --- again I'm not being naive -- less of a focus on the medication itself.
-- best wishes and I hope things continue to improveJay

Jeroen still in hospital if so are there groups to attend and a dietician? If so maybe she can get some of your favorite foods ordered for you. Phillipa
