Hi all,
Has anyone else experienced irritability on just the 12.5mg dose of Lamictal? Now I'm worried it will get worse when I titrate up to 25mg. It's more than just irritablity, it's like I can't concentrate or read for long periods of time (which is not like me at all) and I feel really angry and grumpy. I hope this will go away??????

No I tried the stardard titration up to 50mg did notice I got angry which I don't tend to do and threw a plastic bottle on a store brick exterior. Never corrolated it to lamictal. Had to stop for another reason. I have read a lot on here lately about anger and lamictal. Phillipa

I have asked this same question and people on the board have answered
yes
at low doses and times of dosage increase lamictal can ncrease irribilityit sure has for me
that said, i have been encouraged to continue with it by members who had experienced success
good luckask me again in a week or so
i just went up to 100mgs

I cut back from 50 mg to 25 mg in Jan. Within 2 months I had a major explosion and in reflection see that I was pretty irritable. Since going back to the 50 mg dose, I am not feeling that way.
