aspirin is the original and some would argue still the best way to that.
Steroids are another way if you're really serious about it.

Doxycyclline also for chronic lymes now to get a doc to prescribe it. And for how long as must stay away from the sun or very bad burns. Phlllipa

I think omega 3 fatty acids reduce inflammatory cytokines.

Other natural alternatives would be lactoferrin and certain types of probiotics. It depends on what cytokines you are trying to lower, i.e. for what associated condition.
