Is Talipexole Avaliable In The USA?

Posted by fenix on January 19, 2008, at 9:32:21

This is a very important question for me. Pstrait posted a link a couple months ago (http://sciencelinks.jp/j-east/article/200203/000020020301A0813733.php) that shows Talipexole can be very effective for treating TA.

Nope. It's not in the FDA approved drugs database. Put this link in your favorites: http://www.fda.gov/cder/ob/default.htm

Is there a way to get it then? It looks like it is only available in Japan. Maybe there is something that is very similar to Talipexole?

Unfortunately what you're reading is an old case report (2000) with a clinical trial agent (B-HT920)... which means its not marketed anywhere. When you see LLL(Number) that means the drug company's letter followed by a number for an investigational agent.
