This is a very important question for me. Pstrait posted a link a couple months ago (http://sciencelinks.jp/j-east/article/200203/000020020301A0813733.php) that shows Talipexole can be very effective for treating TA.

Nope. It's not in the FDA approved drugs database. Put this link in your favorites: http://www.fda.gov/cder/ob/default.htm

Unfortunately what you're reading is an old case report (2000) with a clinical trial agent (B-HT920)... which means its not marketed anywhere. When you see LLL(Number) that means the drug company's letter followed by a number for an investigational agent.
