After discussing with my wife and a lot of thought on the subject myself, i have decided to try to hang in their longer w/Parnate despite the side effects i'm having. Just jumping from one AD to the other isn't the answer, i need to at least try some augmentation agents, or just maybe the severe fatigue i'm having will disapate w/time..i've been on it 2 mos. next wed.

Monte, Ive never taken Parnate, but perhaps you could list the side effects and dosage and others on here could tell you if they had the same experiences and if they went away. Or if they are uncommon. Pulling for you man, Michael

RN320 had severe fatigue on emsam on the 12 milligrams patch. Her p-doc added provigil and she said that really helped combat the fatigue.

Supposedly, according to my pdoc, if you extra B vitamins (I can't remember which one in particular is the problem, but you can take B complex vitamins), the muscle weakness can be addressed, in many cases.

> -MonteThink hes smart, might not wanna hear it but parnate even with its fatique syndrome still in itself is a activating drug, personaly combinging it with a well known stimulant leads to psycho maniac behaviour,of course i cant speak as WORD here, just my experiance,it might be good as a temporarly add on for breakthrough critical depression but should be removed,it simply is too much and makes u mad as it quickly accumaltes.
I am in your same spot, seeking augments, suboxene dont know the actuals spelling is in the pipes now.
