My T won't let up about adjusting my meds. After agreeing to think about it for another week, I emailed her to ask when the pdoc even comes to the office. She emailed me back right away to tell me when pdoc was there, and also to say that she liked that I was a little more open to the idea. She also said that she was leaving, but would check her email tomorrow (today). I emailed her back today, and I still haven't heard from her. She had probably already checked her email. I should have emailed her last night...d*mn. It's not like I said anything important, so I guess it doesn't really matter, but it still bothers me for some reason.
I currently take 100mg zoloft and 54mg concerta. I was considering not taking the concerta tomorrow, and possibly sunday, too, depending on how it goes tomorrow. I was reading posts yesterday about "pulsing" meds, and I thought that it would be safe to do with the concerta. As long as I can still get myself out of bed, I don't see any problems with trying it.
Anyone have any thoughts on this?
Thanks!

with the concerta? i see no problems whatsoever...I've taken all types of stims, combos, off and on for about 15 years now showing no ill effects....2 days off couldn't hurt ya. i am going between adderall XR and concerta and take days off all the time, because I don't like how it adds to my anxiety...so I usually only take it 4-5 days a week.
