No, im off of it and now on Lexapro. It didn't help and the reality is that I have no insurance and EMSAM is way to expensive for me...

I am currently taking 20mg Celexa and low dose selegiline via sublingual drops. Best combo so far and i've tried many mono's and combo's. The dosing of the selegiline takes a while to work out. It seems cumulative so I take 2 drops for few days then 1, maybe have day off then start again, but I recommend having a go. The whole ensam thing is a crock. I don't think it will work for many people. The selegiline does need very customised dosing to manage mood, insomnia and anxiety. I very rarely have insomnia doing it this way. Actually I have reliably good sleep, mood and function on this combo. Good luck!
