Hi Ashley.

Amantadine (Symmetrel) is a drug that is used primarily for treating influenza and Parkinsons Disease. It is a NMDA receptor antagonist and seems to have pro-dopaminergic properties that might make it useful in treating depression and preventing the weight-gain associated with the use of drugs like Zyprexa.
