Can you really, well im in the process of changing my perception, ambitions, belief, to go for the better and become a new person with out having to go to my doctor.
Right now i cant really go to my doctor, well if i do, my mom is really i mean jump off the walls if she finds im on a new medication with out her consent.
Can you make a belief that you are going to change and make things happen, as in your self and career wise.

I am not on any ADD medication and its not good.
I believe that you can change yourself and become a new person overtime, you just have to try.

Matt first of all you are grown up and take whatever you want without parental consent. If insurance is a problem go to needy meds. Love Phillipa

** I believe anyone can, or so I have been told my entire life from those around me that care.
** You can make a list of these goals for yourself and your career and put them in places that you will see them everyday (in they vanity next to your anti-perspirant, in your car, on the ceiling over your bed.) I haven't. lol
** I have started to put up pictures that were taken of me with features that I DON'T like (like not being clean-shaven, holding a cigarette, etc.) When I start liking my appearance better (not to be vain) I start liking myself more. You have to like yourself first and foremost.
Sorry for the wierd suggestions. I am probably the poster child for the "Can't take his own advice" Association.
