HI all-
Just wanted to share that I've been doing a lot of research on magnesium deficiency and treatment-resistant depression. I found a lot! I've started taking magnesium supplements and have already noticed a slight improvement in reduction of anxiety and stabilization of moods. Nothing radical yet - but I really believe that this may help me - and perhaps some of you?
So I wanted to share this link - it goes into great detail about magnesium deficiency & mood disorders, chronic fatigue, insomnia and even TMJ, what kind of magnesium supplements to take, how much, etc.

Hello,
I've consolidated the two threads about magnesium and depression and redirected the discussion to the Alternative board. Here is a link to the thread there: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/alter/20060313/msgs/630155.html
Thanks,
