Spent years with different doctors and pdocs all to no avail. Then i started doing lots of research for myself because social phobia was ruining my life. I went ahead and ordered clonazepam online and recieved it a week later. Things that seemed so hard to do in life have just become so much easier......it really has been a lifesaver for me. I actually enjoy social events now like going out with friends and shopping and stuff. Confidence is something i couldnt relate to beforehand. Well, just thought i would share with you folks to prove there is light at the end of the tunnel. Still don't think much of our backwards nhs in britain....as i had to go for it myself to find the right medication for myself.

Yeah, that is indeed a very cool feeling when you know you've found a good med. I remember that feeling the morning after my very first zyprexa dose. And I remember that feeling the very first time I tried xanax. And I remember the feeling the very next day after starting prozac. Prozac eventually pooped 5 years later. But I still take xanax as needed, not regular, and it never lets me down. While other meds have come and gone, somehow I still instinctively find the zyprexa helpful.
It is a shame that with such high tech pharmaceuticals and high paid supposedly highly trained specialists, we have to resort to self research and self purchase online to get the job done! But I must admit, the best I've ever felt was a direct result of my own research, my own purchases, and never once was it a doctor's idea.

Guess I was lucky then with my last pdoc. She always asked me what I wanted to try. Fondly, Phillipa

Had to go online myself. Now they'll rx it because it works, but you know I was asking to try this particular drug 20 years ago. SO happy to have it now, but imagine if they'd given it to me then. sigh...
All that specialized training and scary knowledge, and yet of so little use to so many.
This is the end of the thread.
