Larry posted a site a while back where you could type in a drug and a receptor and it would search a database to find a drug's particular affinity for that receptor. Anyone know that site?

Link, you are not alone :-)
Btw, I thought you might be interested in the Ki values for cyproheptadine.
Kind regards

How to I know if a particular returned value is an agonist or an antagonist value ?
For instance if I look up buspar, I get a certain KI value for the 5-ht1a receptor. I know it is an agonist at 5-ht1a but how would somebody know this ?

Hi Link,
>How to I know if a particular returned value is an agonist or an antagonist value ?
The Ki database doesn't tell you this, it only tells you about the affinity.
Kind regards

I see,
I also don't know what the difference between cyproheptadine, and cyproheptidine is.

Hiya Link,
>I also don't know what the difference between cyproheptadine, and cyproheptidine is.
A typo ;-) The correct spelling is cyproheptadine. Nortriptyline is also spelt wrong in the Ki database.
Ya know, you just can't get the staff.......
Kind regards
