Is it possible with exercise to reverse some of the damage attributed to cocaine and marijuana use? Cocaine use: 1gr (varying) each week for about a year and Marijuana use: a couple of joints a night.

The smoking is probably as much a worry as anything. Eating it is less bad for you and a better effect, but there is a pleasure in smoking too, isn't there?
