Reversal of Fortunes

Is it possible with exercise to reverse some of the damage attributed to cocaine and marijuana use? Cocaine use: 1gr (varying) each week for about a year and Marijuana use: a couple of joints a night.

If I were you I would congratulate myself on my moderation. And add a bit of exercise to the mix. Why not?

The smoking is probably as much a worry as anything. Eating it is less bad for you and a better effect, but there is a pleasure in smoking too, isn't there?

Absolutely - it's my favourite drug either way you decide to use it - consistent results!
