My wife is on Wellbutrin for mild depression and the doc told her it would curb her appetite. She swears it is making her so hungry she can't hardly stand it! Have any of you found this to be true? It isn't listed in this meds side effects.
Thanks, Speed

No, I'm sorry but Wellbutrin made me less hungry. What dose is your wife on? I found that after a bit I adjusted to the dose and it took an even higher dose to keep me less hungry. I took up to 450 mg and was on 300 mg or more for many years. Is it possible your wife is on another med or supplement that might be making her hungry?

My doctor weaned me off Lexapro because of weight gain and upped the dosage of Wellbrutrin XL. So far my appetite has all but disappeared, but not the weight. At least not yet.
