geodon cymbalta serotonin

I'm currently taking 60mg Cymbalta and 160 mg Geodon and about the same time every night my pupils dilate and I feel a little headed and cold. I take Cymbalta in the morning and Geodon at night (two doses). Any thoughts? I initially thought I was getting too much serotonin antagonism.
