I had a follow up appt with my regular doctor. He asked me what my neuro doc ordered. I told him 20 of Celexa. He says, no way, it should be 40 mg, so he writes out the script. Then he sees how fidgety I am and i flat out tell him that I feel like my skin is either going to crawl off me or I'll rip it off. I am just a mess. I can't calm down and everything is irritating me. That's not me at all! I usually so calm , cool and collected. First I'm crying, then irritated. So, he ups the Ativan from .5mg as needed to 2mg, then adds Wellbutrin 150 xl qd for 2 weeks then 200 mgs qd for 2 wks . If any problems call him, other wise I see him again in 4 wk. Continuing with my psycholgist weekly.
Now what side effects or whatevers do you all think? Help!!

I think these symptoms are probably withdrawal symptoms from Lexapro. They will probably go away within a few hours/days of increasing the Celexa to 40mg/day. Don't start the Wellbutrin until you've checked out the effect of increasing the Celexa to 40mg. I very much doubt you'll need the Wellbutrin to be honest. Anyway, Wellbutrin might make your symptoms worse. It can be effective for depression but tends to increase anxiety, irritability and restlessness. While you're waiting for the Celexa dose increase to take effect you might benefit from taking Ativan as needed.

A lot of energy. Try not to pull your skin off. You need a med that will tire you out.
